Tips for Second Life Users

Here are some suggestions to all of you Second Life Users from another Second Life User who sees that some of you are very deluded and think maybe its because you stay in Second Life way too much. These tips are not medical advice but just some suggestions:

  • Get enough sleep
  • Drink 8 glasses of water a day
  • Exercise three times a week at a minimum
  • Eat a balanced diet
  • Look for ways to make at least one person especially happy every day.
  • Step outside everyday (not just when you need chips and soda. this helps to remember you are in a real world)
  • Look in the mirror every once in a while (it will help to remember you are a real persona)
  • Seek professional help.
